Dooney & Bourke

Dooney & Bourke is an American leather goods label founded in 1975 by designer Peter Dooney and financier Frederic Bourke in Norwalk, Connecticut, where it remains privately held with Dooney still serving as president and chief designer. It began with men's belts and suspenders before shifting to handbags, and built its reputation on 1980s All-Weather Leather. Today it sells satchels, totes, crossbodies, small leather goods and footwear in Florentine and pebble-grain leathers, plus licensed Disney, collegiate and pro-sports collections, through dooney.com, the ILoveDooney outlet site, department stores and QVC.
