Tom's Shoes
TOMS makes canvas Alpargata slip-ons plus sneakers, sandals, boots and slippers, sold direct and through wholesale partners from its Los Angeles base. Blake Mycoskie founded it in 2006 and popularized buy-one-give-one giving, which the company later replaced with cash grants and product donations funded by a share of profits. A 2020 debt restructuring handed ownership to creditors Jefferies Financial Group, Nexus Capital Management and Brookfield. CEO Jared Fix drove a 2024-25 product and marketing reset, and former Crocs executive Jessica Alsing was named chief executive in late 2025.
