Alterior

Alterior / A Living Taste is a multi-brand shop and design studio at 1705 Venables St, off Commercial Drive in East Vancouver, run by brothers Cole and Dallas Chreptyk. The 4,000-square-foot space sells the house Alterior label, including wide-leg Japanese selvedge denim, button-down shirts and leather goods made in an onsite atelier. It also stocks independent streetwear brands such as LLOYD, Sexhippies and Public Possession, plus zines and homewares, and houses a lending library, a hairdresser and a small climbing wall. The Alterior label launched in 2014.
