Italist

Italist is an online marketplace that connects shoppers worldwide with multi-brand luxury boutiques in Italy, shipping brand-new, in-season designer clothing, bags, shoes and accessories directly from retailers' own stock. Founded in 2013 by Diego Abba and Raffaele Giovine, it operates from Los Angeles with a buying network rooted in Milan. Inventory spans thousands of Italian and international labels, sold at Italian retail prices with savings of up to 40 percent. Toronto-based commerce platform Bonsai acquired the company in February 2025, running it as an operating subsidiary.
