Proper is a sneaker and streetwear boutique at 250 W 19th Street in the Houston Heights, opened in December 2017 as the second outpost of Proper, a Long Beach, California retailer established in 2003. The shop stocks footwear from Adidas, Asics, Vans, Converse and Karhu alongside apparel labels including Billionaire Boys Club, plus its own Proper-branded T-shirts, hats and accessories. Buying favours classic and running-derived silhouettes and limited releases over pure resale hype; online orders run through the parent site, properlbc.com.
