Rieker

Rieker is a family-owned German footwear maker founded in Tuttlingen in 1874 and now run by its sixth generation, with group holding company Rieker Holding AG registered in Thayngen, Switzerland. The brand builds lightweight comfort shoes — slip-on trainers, chukkas, loafers and waterproof RiekerTEX boots — around its Antistress construction, using flexible soles, cushioned footbeds and generous width fittings. Sister label remonte has handled women's styles since 2002. Distribution is strongest across European multi-brand retail, with thinner US presence through Amazon and specialty comfort-shoe stores.
