SONO

SONO is a London-based independent label run by husband-and-wife designers Stephanie Oberg and Simon Homes, both formerly of The Row and Lemaire. It grew out of Oberg's earlier line von Sono, begun in 2004, which Homes joined in 2019 to form a shared label. The pair make a pared-back everyday wardrobe of shirting, trousers, knitwear and outerwear in natural fibres, produced with long-standing artisan makers and traceable, low-impact processes. Stockists include La Garconne, Mouki Mou and Reliquary; a natural wool skirt retails around $528.
