Zimmerli of Switzerland

Zimmerli of Switzerland is a Swiss luxury underwear house founded in Aarburg in 1871 by seamstress Pauline Zimmerli-Bäurlin. It makes men's and women's underwear, nightwear and loungewear from fibres such as Egyptian Mako cotton, Sea Island cotton, silk, merino and modal, and sews much of it at its Coldrerio workshop in Ticino. Its best-known lines include Royal Classic, Richelieu, Business Class and Pure Comfort. Since 2007 it has been majority-owned by v.Nordeck International Holding. Zimmerli Textil AG is registered in Zurich, and the company rebranded in 2026 around the idea of "Private Luxury."
