Alberta Ferretti
Alberta Ferretti is an Italian luxury womenswear label owned by the Aeffe group, built on fluid chiffon and silk-georgette gowns, hand-pleating, lace inserts, hand embroidery and soft tailoring. Founder Alberta Ferretti stepped down as creative director in September 2024 after her spring 2025 show, remaining an Aeffe deputy chair; Lorenzo Serafini was named creative director in October 2024 and debuted in February 2025, with sister line Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini absorbed into the main collection from fall 2025. Parent Aeffe is in financial restructuring.
