Boucheron is a Parisian high jewelry house founded by Frederic Boucheron in 1858 and the first jeweler to open on Place Vendome, at number 26, in 1893. It has belonged to Kering since the Gucci Group acquisition in 2000, and is creatively led by Claire Choisne, whose Carte Blanche and Histoire de Style high jewelry collections experiment with materials such as rock crystal, ceramic and aerogel. Permanent lines include Quatre, Serpent Boheme, Jack de Boucheron and Plume de Paon, alongside bridal and fragrance.
