Corneliani

Corneliani is an Italian luxury menswear house from Mantua, where Alfredo Corneliani made raincoats and outerwear in the 1930s before his sons incorporated the firm in 1958. It builds soft-shouldered suits and sportcoats, notably the modular ID Jacket with interchangeable chest pieces, plus outerwear and knitwear, shown at Milan menswear under style director Stefano Gaudioso Tramonte. Investcorp bought control in 2016; a 2020 creditor composition led to an Investcorp–Invitalia vehicle taking over the business. Invitalia's term ended in 2026; the company, with €73 million 2025 revenue, seeks a long-term investor.
