Danse Lente

Danse Lente is a London handbag label founded in 2017 by Youngwon Kim, a London College of Fashion graduate who moved into bags after training in footwear design. The name is French for "slow dance," a reference to how bags move with the body. Collections centre on sculptural leather shapes with angular lines, colour-blocked panels and hardware details, drawn from modern architecture and the work of Picasso and Miro. Recurring styles include the Phoebe crossbody, Lola tote, Bobbi bucket and Johnny top-handle, sold via Farfetch, Liberty and other multibrand retailers.
