GOLD

GOLD is a Japanese Americana label produced by Tokyo-based clothing manufacturer Toyo Enterprise, the company behind Sugar Cane, Buzz Rickson's, Sun Surf and Tailor Toyo. The line applies Toyo's long-developed vintage-reproduction techniques to early- and mid-20th-century American workwear and military detailing, updating silhouettes and fabrics into what it calls "modern vintage." Current pieces include recycled Suvin cotton 11.5oz denim wide-leg pants and denim blouses. Distribution runs through Toyo's own store and Japanese Americana specialists such as HINOYA. TSI Holdings signed an MOU on 10 April 2026 to acquire 87.7% of Toyo Enterprise; closing terms remain under discussion.
