JKEEFER

JKEEFER is an independent menswear label founded in New York City in 2020 by creative director Joseph Keefer, previously a designer at Robert Geller and design director for SSENSE Brands & Collaborations. The brand filters the skate and hardcore scenes of Keefer's native Washington, D.C. through a midcentury minimalist lens, producing slim, largely monochromatic tailoring, knitwear and outerwear in Italian leather, merino wool, organic cashmere and BCI cotton, plus zine-inspired graphics. Collections are made in small quantities in southern Italy. Keefer joined the CFDA in 2023; the label shows in New York and sells through SSENSE.
