What to know about OKURA

OKURA is a Daikanyama clothing shop opened in April 1993 by Seilin & Co., the Tokyo company behind Hollywood Ranch Market. Housed in a building evoking a traditional Japanese kura storehouse, it serves as the flagship store for Seilin's in-house label BLUE BLUE JAPAN, launched in 1996. The shop centers on indigo-dyed and Japan-made garments — noragi jackets, shirting, denim, tees and accessories — alongside guest labels and pop-ups such as Porter Classic. Seasonal in-store displays reinforce its Japanese-craft identity. Sister stores include HIGH! STANDARD and Toll Free.
