Rudy Project

Rudy Project is an Italian performance eyewear and helmet maker founded in Treviso in 1985 by former bike racer Rudy Barbazza, now led by his sons Cristiano and Simone. The company designs sport sunglasses, prescription sport optics, goggles and cycling, triathlon and aero helmets for cyclists, runners and triathletes, emphasizing aerodynamics, adjustable fit systems and interchangeable photochromic and Multilaser lenses. Shield models such as Spinshield and Astral and helmets including Nytron and Cutline anchor the range. In February 2026 it acquired full ownership of distributor Rudy Project North America.
