What to know about Traditional Weatherwear
Traditional Weatherwear is the British-heritage daily-wear label of Mackintosh, run from Tokyo by owner Yagi Tsusho, which acquired Mackintosh in 2007 and revived this older company name as a casual line that year. The name dates to 1974 and rubberised coat production near Glasgow. Collections centre on outerwear: Arkley quilted and packable down coats, Elton field coats, Malton tweed coats and rainwear, plus bamboo-handle folding umbrellas, rain footwear, shirts, knitwear and tote bags. An Aoyama flagship anchors retail, with wholesale via Beams, Isetan and Nano Universe.
