VRAI is the direct-to-consumer fine jewelry arm of lab-grown diamond producer Diamond Foundry, which bought the brand (then Vrai & Oro, founded by Vanessa Stofenmacher) in 2016. It designs engagement rings, wedding bands, tennis necklaces, studs and cuffs set with diamonds grown at Diamond Foundry's hydro-powered Washington plant and its solar-powered facility in Trujillo, Spain. Designs stay minimal, with signature prong, bezel and V settings in recycled gold. VRAI sells online, through appointment-based showrooms, and via retail partners including Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf Goodman.
