ba&sh is a Parisian contemporary womenswear label founded in 2003 by friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief with Dan Arrouas. It builds bohemian-chic Parisian wardrobes: printed and wrap dresses, tailored blazers, knitwear, leather jackets and accessories, positioned in accessible luxury alongside Sandro and Maje. L Catterton took a 50% stake in 2015; French fund HLD acquired majority control in 2022. After a 2024 accelerated debt restructuring, the three founders regained operational management in 2025 under a "New Beginnings" turnaround plan, trimming the store network and returning to profitable growth.
