Wilfred

Wilfred is an in-house label of Vancouver retailer Aritzia, sold only through Aritzia stores and aritzia.com rather than wholesale. The line covers French-influenced womenswear: silk and satin blouses, midi and slip dresses, tailored wool coats and fine-gauge knitwear in muted, neutral palettes. A companion line, Wilfred Free, handles more casual, jersey- and denim-based pieces at lower prices. As a house brand it operates without a standalone creative director, and its fortunes track Aritzia's own retail expansion in Canada and the United States.
