Boutique Marmier Betina Lou is the Montreal atelier-boutique behind two house labels: Betina Lou, the womenswear line designer Marie-Eve Emond launched in 2009, and Marmier, its menswear counterpart. Collections draw on uniforms and menswear staples, using neutral palettes, subtle patterns and fabrics sourced mainly in Europe and Japan, designed and cut in Montreal and sewn by small local workshops. The shop, open since June 2016 on Henri-Julien in La Petite-Patrie, also stocks Canadian and international designers, footwear, accessories, homeware and apothecary goods, plus online retail.
