Cole Haan makes men's and women's footwear, leather goods and accessories, sold through its own stores, department stores and colehaan.com. The line spans dress shoes, loafers, boots and sneakers, with hybrid dress-sneaker styles such as ØriginalGrand and ZeroGrand built on lightweight Grand.ØS cushioning developed while the brand was owned by Nike. Nike bought the company in 1988 and sold it to private equity firm Apax Partners in 2013, which still controls it. Headquarters sit in Greenland, New Hampshire, with a New York design office.
