Estelita Mendonça is the Porto menswear label of designer João Estelita Mendonça. He trained at the Academia de Moda do Porto, has shown at Portugal Fashion since October 2010, and won New Talent at the 2012 Fashion Awards Portugal. The brand takes classic menswear apart and rebuilds it in a cerebral, rule-free way, pairing tailored shirts and trousers with graphic and pleated T-shirts and parkas. Everything is made in Portugal, often from deadstock fabric, and sold through its own webshop and Porto's Scar-ID.
