What to know about FUCT
FUCT ("Friends U Can't Trust") is a Los Angeles streetwear label founded in 1990 by artist Erik Brunetti and pro skateboarder Natas Kaupas, conceived in Brunetti's Venice Beach apartment. Widely cited as a pioneer of modern streetwear, it builds graphic tees, hoodies and caps around parodied corporate logos, pop-culture appropriation and anti-government, anti-religious messaging. A higher-end S.S.D.D. line is made for the Japanese market. Brunetti still owns the brand and serves as creative director; his trademark fight produced the 2019 Supreme Court ruling Iancu v. Brunetti. Core tees run about $48, hoodies $88-$100.
