IRO Paris

IRO is a Paris ready-to-wear label founded in 2005 by brothers Laurent and Arik Bitton, with a menswear line added in 2011. The collections centre on rock-leaning Parisian staples: cropped leather biker jackets, frayed tweed blazers, distressed knitwear, washed tees and slim denim in a muted black, grey and ecru palette. Chinese conglomerate Fosun International took a roughly 60 percent stake in 2016 in a deal valued near 130 million euros, funding expansion beyond France into New York, London and Asia. Distribution runs through owned stores, e-commerce and department-store wholesale.
