KNKG is an Australian bag label founded in 2011 by Stefan Gehrig, a muscle-biology PhD who launched the first King Kong duffel for the CrossFit Games after tiring of gym bags that fell apart. The brand rebranded from King Kong Apparel to KNKG in 2023. Duffels, backpacks and packing organisers use 500D and 1000D nylon, waxed canvas and leather with YKK zippers, dedicated shoe compartments and pockets for tech, bottles and lifting belts. Operations now sit with OpenStore Drive; Gehrig remains owner.
