Lucchese Bootmaker

Lucchese Bootmaker is a Texas cowboy boot company founded in San Antonio in 1883 by Sicilian immigrant Salvatore "Sam" Lucchese and his brother. It is now based in El Paso, where artisans make its boots by hand: cutting, lasting, stitching and burnishing. The range covers men's and women's western boots, ropers and exotic-leather styles, plus western apparel and leather goods. Most core boots cost about $645–$1,295, and exotic boots go above $2,000. It runs its own boutiques and sells through retailers such as Boot Barn.
