Mister Freedom is a Los Angeles heritage menswear label and vintage retail space founded in 2003 by French expatriate Christophe Loiron. Working from a private archive of antique garments, Loiron designs original patterns rooted in military, workwear, and western dress, presenting them as historically plausible fictions rather than strict reproductions. Since 2006 the MFSC line has been produced with Sugar Cane Co. of Japan's Toyo Enterprise, using selvedge denims and specialty fabrics.
