visvim

visvim is Hiroki Nakamura's Tokyo menswear label, built on a "future vintage" idea: Americana, workwear and folk-craft references rebuilt with heritage techniques. Signature items include the FBT moccasin-sneaker, Christo sandals, Social Sculpture denim, kimono-cut Sanjuro coats and hand-dyed indigo noragi jackets, produced in small runs with vintage looms, natural dyes and Japanese artisans. Nakamura also designs the WMV womenswear line, the F.I.L. Indigo Camping Trailer line and Little Cloud Coffee. Shops trade as F.I.L. in Japan and the US, with stockists including Dover Street Market and Bergdorf Goodman.
