Posse is an Australian womenswear label founded in Sydney in 2016, headquartered in Brookvale on the city's northern beaches. It reworks vintage references into pared-back contemporary pieces: linen shirting, wide-leg trousers, slip and midi dresses, knit vests and matching separates, cut mainly from natural fibres in muted, neutral palettes. The label follows a slow-fashion approach, releasing small ranges and emphasising ethical manufacturing and long-lived garments over trend-driven output. It sells direct through posse.com and via wholesale partners including Moda Operandi, with strong traction in the US market.
