Raey

Raey is a minimalist London label launched in January 2015 as MatchesFashion's in-house line, developed out of the retailer's earlier Freda womenswear collection. It focuses on pared-back wardrobe staples: cashmere and merino knitwear, wide-leg denim, fluid slip dresses, relaxed tailoring and leather outerwear in neutral palettes and oversized, trend-resistant cuts. Trading stopped when Matches went into administration and closed in 2024. In December 2025 Hulcan, the new luxury group founded by Mile app founders Joe Wilkinson and Mario Maher, bought Raey and Matches from Frasers Group, with both due to relaunch in 2026.
