Rat & Boa

Rat & Boa is a London-based, direct-to-consumer womenswear label founded in 2015 by Valentina Muntoni and Stephanie Bennett, who met studying fashion at university. The name comes from a Stevie Nicks line about Lindsey Buckingham. It sells online only, shipping worldwide, and is known for bias-cut and semi-sheer slip dresses, chiffon maxis and bold signature prints in silk, satin and velvet. Soft tailoring arrived in 2020 and swimwear in 2021. The label stays privately owned and founder-led, releasing limited runs that sell out fast.
