Tracksmith
Tracksmith makes running apparel and footwear for competitive amateurs, launched in Boston in 2014 by Matt Taylor, a former Yale middle-distance runner and Puma running marketer. The range pairs New England collegiate references with technical fabrics: Van Cortlandt singlets and shorts, Session shorts, merino base layers, Bislett outerwear, and the Eliot Runner, its first shoe. The brand operates retail Trackhouses in Boston, New York and London and has collaborated with J.Crew. Former Converse president Jared Carver now leads as CEO, with Taylor as chief creative officer.
