Trina Turk

Trina Turk is a Los Angeles label founded in 1995 by designer Trina Turk and her late husband, photographer Jonathan Skow. It builds collections around in-house graphic prints and saturated color, spanning women's ready-to-wear, dresses, swimwear, accessories, eyewear and paper goods, plus the Mr Turk menswear line and residential textiles. The aesthetic draws on mid-century California and Palm Springs desert modernism. The company releases roughly eleven collections a year, selling through its own boutiques, trinaturk.com and US department stores; private equity firm KarpReilly holds a stake.
