Y'2 Leather

Y'2 Leather is an Osaka leather specialist founded in 1998 by Takao Yanamoto, who brought decades of leather-processing experience to the label. The family-run company cuts and sews every jacket, bag and accessory by hand in its own Higashinari-ku workshop, working directly with small Japanese tanneries on exclusive horsehide, steerhide and deerskin, including indigo and fermented persimmon-tannin dyeing. Collections rework vintage American motorcycle, military and workwear patterns, and the brand promises at least ten years of wear. Jackets typically retail from roughly $1,000 to $1,800.
