Zhivago

House of Zhivago is an Australian womenswear label founded in Perth in 2012 by friends Lara Kovacevich and Lydia Tsvetnenko, who launched it at Perth Fashion Festival. The name comes from the Russian word for "daring." The house builds tailored ready-to-wear and red-carpet gowns around architectural proportions, sharp cutouts, corsetry and hardware detailing, with a body-conscious, provocative point of view. It works from an atelier presence in Los Angeles alongside Australia, and has dressed Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Nicole Scherzinger and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
