AAPE BY A BATHING APE is the diffusion line launched in 2012 by Japanese streetwear label A Bathing Ape, created to carry BAPE's graphic-driven look to a younger, more accessible market. The range centres on lightweight everyday pieces - cotton tees, hoodies, coach and bomber jackets, caps and bags - marked with the Moonface logo and camouflage prints rather than BAPE's collectible drops. Recent output includes a padded co-branded jacket with Alpha Industries. Distribution runs through AAPE's own stores, concentrated across Asia, and wholesalers including END. and ASOS.
