Barton Perreira

California luxury eyewear house founded in 2007 by Bill Barton and designer Patty Perreira, making optical frames and sunglasses in Japan from acetate, titanium and mixed materials. LVMH eyewear subsidiary Thélios acquired the brand outright in November 2023 in a deal valuing it near $80 million, and named Cedric Moreau chief executive in December 2024. Output centres on retro-leaning aviators, cat-eyes and rimless shapes, plus recurring James Bond 007 capsules and a 000 Magazine collaboration, sold through its own boutiques and opticians.
