BIRROT
Birrot is a Copenhagen-based womenswear label founded in spring 2018 by Korean designers Kyeongmin (Min) Kim and Seyoung (Sey) Hong, who met while studying in London. As joint creative directors they pair Korean pattern-making with Scandinavian minimalism, working in technical fabrics, sleek tailoring, knitwear and muted tonal palettes. The name comes from a Korean word meaning to bring a process to its conclusion. Birrot showed its first runway collection at Copenhagen Fashion Week for fall/winter 2025 and retails via SSENSE, Moda Operandi and its own store.
