What to know about Bounty Hunter
Bounty Hunter is a Harajuku label founded in 1995 by Hikaru Iwanaga and Taka. It began as a toy shop selling vintage imported toys, then moved into original figures and apparel. A core name of the Ura-Harajuku scene, it mixes American punk, rockabilly and biker culture with 1960s–70s pop characters, using mostly black colorways, crests and skull graphics. It still sells original toys alongside tees, hoodies and outerwear, works with A Bathing Ape on recurring collaborations, and marked its 30th anniversary with a 2025 Tokyo art exhibition.
