Burn Rubber
Burn Rubber is a sneaker and streetwear retailer at 512 N Main St in Royal Oak, Michigan, in metro Detroit, run by Roland "Ro Spit" Coit, a Pontiac-raised rapper and DJ. It is one of very few Black-owned sneaker stores globally, stocking limited-edition Nike, Jordan and luxe streetwear alongside in-store release events. In 2025 Coit opened sister store Two18 on Gratiot Avenue opposite Detroit's Eastern Market, launching with a women's Nike Air Force 1 Serena "Summit White" and the LeBron 9 "Big Bang".
