COMMISSION reinterprets the office wardrobes of its founders' mothers in 1980s and 1990s Asia. Collections centre on sharp-shouldered blazers, pleated trousers, wrap and pencil skirts, silk blouses, knit polos and shirt dresses, usually in muted corporate palettes with retro prints and utilitarian hardware. The label shows during New York Fashion Week and sells through SSENSE, Dover Street Market and similar multi-brand retailers. Womenswear leads the range, with tailoring typically priced in the mid-hundreds of dollars and jackets higher.
