Cordera

Cordera is a Galician womenswear label founded in 2008 by sisters Mónica and María Cordera, who run design and creative direction from a studio in A Coruña. It remains independent and family-run. Collections centre on knitwear and relaxed separates in natural fibres — organic cotton, linen, ramie, silk, wool and cashmere — cut in loose, minimal, non-seasonal shapes with muted, undyed-leaning palettes. Knits are produced on Japanese machines and finished by hand, with production almost entirely in Spain through small family-run workshops. Sold via its own site and stockists including SSENSE and Smallable.
