Finish Line
Finish Line is a US athletic footwear and apparel retailer founded in Indianapolis in 1976 by Alan Cohen and David Klapper. It sells sneakers, performance gear and casual apparel from Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Puma and Under Armour, with launch-day releases handled through its app and website. UK group JD Sports bought the chain for $558 million in 2018 and now operates it alongside JD, Hibbett, DTLR and Shoe Palace. JD is converting standalone Finish Line mall stores to the JD banner, while Finish Line shops inside Macy's continue under the original name.
