Fossil is the flagship brand of Fossil Group, a publicly traded American accessories company (Nasdaq: FOSL) founded in 1984 by Tom Kartsotis as Overseas Products and headquartered in Richardson, Texas. It sells mid-priced quartz and automatic watches, leather bags, small goods and jewelry, alongside licensed watch lines for houses including Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Michael Kors and Diesel, plus in-house labels Skagen, Zodiac and Michele. The group reported roughly $1.14 billion in 2024 revenue and a net loss, and is restructuring store counts and costs under CEO Franco Fogliato.
