Harvey Nichols is a British luxury department store chain founded in 1831, when Benjamin Harvey opened a linen shop at Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. Sir Dickson Poon's Hong Kong-listed Dickson Concepts owned it from 1991. The Knightsbridge flagship carries designer womenswear, menswear, accessories, beauty and the Fifth Floor food hall and restaurants. After years of losses it went into administration, and on 13 August 2026 Frasers Group bought it from administrators FTI Consulting, taking six UK stores, the online business and the franchise agreements behind its overseas stores; the Dublin store's future is still under discussion.
