Harvey Nichols

Harvey Nichols is a British luxury department store chain founded in 1831, when Benjamin Harvey opened a linen shop at Knightsbridge and Sloane Street. It trades from roughly 13 stores across the UK, Ireland and the Middle East, plus e-commerce, and has been owned since 1991 by Sir Dickson Poon's Hong Kong-listed Dickson Concepts. The Knightsbridge flagship carries designer womenswear, menswear, accessories, beauty and the Fifth Floor food hall and restaurants. Following years of losses, Poon appointed advisers in June 2026 to explore a sale, with Next, Frasers Group and Modella Capital reported as bidders.
