LuisaViaRoma is a Florence-based multibrand luxury retailer, opened in 1930 by Luisa Jaquin on Via Roma and built into an early online luxury player by her grandson Andrea Panconesi. It sells designer ready-to-wear, sneakers and accessories, exclusive capsules and the LVRSustainable edit, alongside stores in Florence, Prato and Forte dei Marmi. After mounting losses it entered a court-supervised creditors' arrangement in March 2026; in July 2026 an Italian investor consortium led by Paolo Corinaldesi (newco LVR Srl, holding Ato SpA, backers including the Marzotto family) leased the business, with acquisition closing later in 2026. Its New York store is shut; CEO Tommaso Maria Andorlini remains.
