Collections twist menswear fundamentals — suits, gilets, shirts, wide trousers, knitwear and footwear — into loose, off-kilter silhouettes with irreverent prints and Italian-made construction. The brand has shown at Milan Fashion Week since 2018 and won the 2023 LVMH Karl Lagerfeld Prize. In August 2026 MondeVita acquired a majority stake in parent brand accelerator Underscore District, adding Caruso manufacturing support and international expansion plans.
