Matières Fécales

Matières Fécales is an avant-garde fashion house founded in 2014 by Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran, who met studying fashion in Montreal and now design from Paris. The label built a cult following on a "post-human" aesthetic of alien silhouettes, extreme makeup and prosthetic-like skin heels, then converted it into couture-grade ready-to-wear debuting on the official Paris Fashion Week calendar for fall 2025. Prices span roughly $150 jersey to $3,500 hand-tooled tweed tailoring, sold via Dover Street Market, SSENSE and its own site. Red-carpet clients include Zendaya, Lady Gaga and Demi Moore.
