Founded in 2000 by Natalie Massenet in London, it became part of Richemont's Yoox Net-a-Porter group. Richemont sold YNAP to Mytheresa in a deal completed on 23 April 2025; the buyer renamed itself LuxExperience B.V., trades on the NYSE as LUXE, and Richemont retains a 33% stake. Net-a-Porter operates alongside Mr Porter and Mytheresa, while Yoox and The Outnet sit in a separate off-price division.
